WELCOME TO MICHAEL STRANGE MEMORIAL POST 20

Teamwork ~ Leadership ~ Commitment
As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Announcements

We deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of John Lee, a beloved husband, father, Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and a cherished member of our community. John's life was defined by his unwavering commitment to duty, honor, and respect. John's service extended beyond his military tenure. He was an active member of VFW Post 20 in Philadelphia, where he continued to support and advocate for fellow veterans. John also volunteered at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, offering solace to grieving families and serving on the Friday team of the Guardians of the National Cemetery, ensuring that veterans received the proper military honors during their interment. His selfless dedication and compassion touched the hearts of many.
